About the Founder

Hello! My name is Olena Sydorova, founder of ES Beauty Studio, international educator, and top hairstylist with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry.

I began my professional career in 2002. In addition to many years of hands-on experience, I have a higher pedagogical education, which allows me not only to master my profession at an expert level but also to effectively share my knowledge with others. Teaching is my calling — I grew up in a family of educators, where a love of learning and personal development was an integral part of life.

Today, I am an international educator, conducting my own courses and master classes offline in the USA (Florida), as well as providing online education to students from different countries around the world. My educational programs have helped hundreds of professionals improve their qualifications, expand their range of services, and build successful careers.

Over the years of my professional career, I have become a winner and prize-winner of international hairstyling competitions. I continuously expand my knowledge and implement modern technologies in the field of hair restoration. The greatest confirmation of the effectiveness of my work is the numerous successful hair reconstruction cases and grateful clients who have been able to restore the health, beauty, and quality of their hair.

By analyzing modern beauty industry trends and clients’ needs, I realized that the market requires highly specialized professionals who focus specifically on hair restoration. This is why we created a school that trains professionals of a new generation.

Why Hair Restoration?
